Do you have the time hop app? It's pretty neat. It shows you posts from the past. You can look at it and remember where you were and what you were doing.
Yesterday, it was a lunch to the gut.
I remember it like it was yesterday. I was getting Patrick dressed. He was on his changing table. He knew Buppa was hurt. I told hm "I'm going to visit Buppa" he replied "my Buppa? my Buppa has a boo boo on his head"
This was true. Buppa (my dad) had a scary accident hat caused him to (among other injuries) break a bone in his neck. We had to explain to Patrick why Buppa couldn't play, a boo boo on his head was easy to explain to a 2 year old.
In just a couple of weeks, that phrase would tell us so much more.
You don't want to dwell on scary moments, as hard as we try to look at all of the wonderful things that have happened, sometimes these memories are hard to shake.
