Closer To Free 2023

This weekend Aunt Betsy and Nana were able to volunteer for the Closer to Free Ride. It has been a few years since we've participated in an in person event and I was personally reminded how much we owe to Smillow Cancer Center and the Yale New Haven Hospital Community. 

I know it has been awhile since you have heard from us, but  I certainly hope that I can get things moving once again. 

In the past, we have had you send hats to us, and we repackage and send them out to organizations. While we appreciate you sending hats to us, I think it's time for us to cut out the middle man and have you send the hats directly to organizations. 

I will create a page on this site which has all of the organizations that we are supporting. I will continue to use Facebook for updates, and I will create regular blo posts with some organizations in need of hand made items. 

If you know of organizations looking for hand made items, feel free to let us know.
